In line with government advice and with the intention of keeping customers, staff and the wider community safe, Loose Wires will be risk assessing all existing work commitments and requests received until further notice. A decision will be made on the outcome of this assessment as to how and if we are able to proceed with that work in the short term.
In the case of electrical emergencies we will do everything in our power to minimise the risks involved and deal promptly with the issues you may be facing.
We are aware that this may cause some inconvenience to our customers but hope that you will understand why this decision has been taken and bear with us through these difficult times.
